OVERVIEW
Meet is a task management app designed to streamline team coordination and productivity. It enables users to assign tasks, monitor task completion statuses for team members, manage their own tasks, and submit task reports. These features provide team managers with a clear and up-to-date overview of task progress and team performance.
PROJECT BACKGROUND
Meet is developed to support the needs of the Southeast Asia market. After the project manager outlined the goals, our team created personas, identified user pain points, and mapped user journeys. Adjustments were made later to meet changing customer needs. Leading the project, I oversaw the app's design and development, culminating in the first release in November 2024.

IMPLEMENTATION
My Task
This feature allows users to track tasks they have created or assigned, view their locations on a map, and update progress in real time. Stay organized by monitoring deadlines, task statuses, and ensuring timely completion, all within an intuitive interface.

Team Task
This feature helps users efficiently manage their team's tasks by providing a clear view of assignments and real-time status updates. Easily track progress, identify pending or completed tasks, and address issues with visual indicators, all in one organized interface.


Member Management
This feature provides detailed insights into individual member profiles, including status, task schedules, history, and attendance data. It also offers an overview of the entire team’s performance, enabling easy comparison and tracking.

Client Management
This feature enables users to view client information through an organized overview list and track tasks with status displays. Additionally, users can add new clients by long-pressing a spot on the map, which automatically inputs the address for convenience.

Profile
This feature allows users to view their personal task history, receive notifications about member activities and task statuses, manage their own task assignments, update their profile information, and change their password for enhanced account security.

RESULTS
The development and launch of the Meet app have significantly improved team task management and operational efficiency. Since its release in November 2024, user feedback has highlighted enhanced task assignment processes, real-time status tracking, and streamlined reporting functionalities. These improvements have contributed to increased productivity and more effective team collaboration.
REFLECTION
User-Centered Design
Early engagement in user research, including persona development and user journey mapping, was essential in addressing the specific needs of the Southeast Asia market.
Adaptability
The team’s responsiveness to evolving customer requirements ensured the app remained relevant and valuable, demonstrating the importance of flexibility in the development process.
Leadership and Collaboration
Leading the project facilitated cohesive teamwork and clear communication, which were critical in overcoming challenges and achieving a successful launch.
